Due to break-in a two-winged shop entrance door made from aluminum was heavily damaged.
By massive force the door wing was deformed on several parts and the frame considerably deformed on the upper part.
The rabbet projection is partly cut out and an iron sheet mounted on it as temporary emergency lock.
The heavily damaged door profile that was destroyed by emergency locking can not be repaired. It is replaced.
The other damages can be brought into their original form and eliminated by straightening and moulding. Smaller unevenness are cleared with aluminium equivalent mass and grinded.
Finally, the affected and adjoining profiles are primed and lacquered.
We use a two-component lacquer for this that is also used in automobile industry. It is extremely scratch-proof and UV resistant.
